The Creative View: #DearMe

Sunday March 8th was International Women's Day. The un.org site says this about IWD...

International Women's Day is a time to reflect on progress made, to call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role in the history of their countries and communities.

There were a lot of people creating vlogs and using the #dearme hashtag to record what they would say to their younger selves. So of course Ho'o, Grace, and I had to share our spin on #dearme. Yes...we hashed it out.

• Fear is necessity. Embrace it, respect it, understand it, and learn from it because it will EMPOWER you.

• Listen (especially to your elders) 
• Trust yourself
