Purchasing From Kiala Givehand
Our prices do NOT include Import Duty and GST/VAT for shipments outside the USA. Our shipping charges ONLY cover what is necessary to ship the product. You will need to pay Import Duty and Tax to the courier. You can check the rates by contacting your local customs office or courier representative.
- We do our best to ship orders within 7 business days of your order (when possible), but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
- If you are ordering a Pre-Order item, please be mindful of the listed date and understand that things are subject to change when pre-ordering.
- Our shipping methods are based on the type and size of the package and your mailing address (P.O. Box vs. residential address), but we typically use one of the following: USPS First Class, USPS Flat Rate Priority, USPS Flat Rate International, and USPS Media Mail. In some cases, we will use UPS or FEDEX.
- Please keep in mind that International orders will take longer for delivery and customs clearance. Please allow for up to six weeks for international deliveries.
- During holidays we require more time to process orders on our end and we ask that you factor in the possible postal delays due to heavy shipping volume.
- If there are problems with your order, let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will do what we can to remedy the issue. After 7 days (based on tracking data), we will consider your order is to your standards and mark it complete.

Refund Policy

Refunds should be requested via email. Please explain your request in as much detail as you can. If you received the item and it was damaged, please be prepared to return it. If you did not receive your item and you want a refund, please allow 30 days to process your request. If you paid through PayPal, please DO NOT request your refund through there, it becomes a nightmare for both of us. Let's work together to make sure you are happy!
E-Course Refund Policy
I will happily refund your entire registration fee before the class starts. Once you have been given access to the course space and community, NO refunds will be given. No exceptions can be made to this policy. If you would like to transfer or gift your registration fee to someone else, please email me and let's make it happen.
