Our Shipping & Refund Policy

Purchasing From Giving Hands Creative

• We do our best to ship orders within 7 business days of your order (when possible), but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
  
  
• Our shipping methods are based on the type and size of the package and your mailing address (P.O. Box vs. residential address), but we typically use one of the following: USPS First Class, USPS Flat Rate Priority, USPS Flat Rate International, and USPS Media Mail. In some cases, we will use UPS or FEDEX.
  
  
• Please keep in mind that International orders will take longer for delivery and customs clearance. Please allow for up to six weeks for international deliveries.
  
  
• During holidays we require more time to process orders on our end and we ask that you factor in the possible postal delays due to heavy shipping volume.
  
  
•  If there are problems with your order, let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will do what we can to remedy the issue.
  
  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please allow up to 6 weeks for the delivery of your products. We don't want you to hold us accountable for delays that happen when packages are held up in Customs for longer than you might like. Once six weeks has passed and your package has not arrived, we will initiate contact with the USPS and begin the process of tracking your package. If you would like to insure your package, please let us know at the time of purchase in the "Comments" section and we will contact you with the additional cost necessary to do so. Thanks!

Our prices do NOT include Import Duty and GST/VAT for shipments outside the USA. Our shipping charges ONLY cover what is necessary to ship the product.  You will need to pay Import Duty and Tax to the courier. You can check the rates by contacting your local customs office or courier representative.

Refund Policy

Tangible Products
Refunds should be requested via email. Please explain your request in as much detail as you can. If you received the item and it was damaged, please be prepared to return it. If you did not receive your item and you want a refund, please allow 30 days to process your request. If you paid through PayPal, please DO NOT request your refund through there, it becomes a nightmare for both of us. Let's work together to make sure you are happy!

E-Course Refund Policy
I will happily refund your entire registration fee before the class starts. Once you have been given access to the course space and community, NO refunds will be given. No exceptions can be made to this policy.  If you would like to transfer or gift your registration fee to someone else, please email me and let's make it happen.
