Blog Hopping, Book Making, & Art Journaling

It's happening!!!
Yes. It's really happening. The Journey Within: A Year of Handmade Art Journals is officially OPEN FOR REGISTRATION and I could not be more happier with the amazing teachers we have joining us for this new and improved Book-in-a-Day experience. 

First, let me tell you how this blog hop is gonna work: 

1. Each guest artist/teacher for the 2016 course has given me a challenge to complete in my art journal this month. 
2. I'm going to step up to the challenge and create a journal page or spread based on the challenge they give me. 
3. I'll post my results (sometimes in a photo and sometimes a video) of me actually completing the challenge. 
4. Then I'll send you over to their blogs so you can meet them (or reconnect to them if you already know them). They are each giving away seats for the class, so be sure you check them out and SIGN UP FOR THE CLASS.

TODAY'S CHALLENGE -- From Mimi Bondi

Mimi asked me to watch one of her YouTube videos and create a page inspired by the page spread she created. 

YES!!!!

I love Mimi's videos and her art is yummy. So vibrant and full of life and movement. So this was a great way to kick us off for the month. WOOHOO!!!
