About the Challenge

This 10-Day challenge is a solo option to get a glimpse into SoulCollage® as a method and as a tool for self-discovery.

I created this challenge as a way to introduce others to this transformational tool because it has been a huge part of my personal practice and an integral part of my ability to shift and change my life in a positive direction. I cannot guarantee that it will do the same for you, but I hope you're curious enough to give it a try. Even if you don't experience the same results as me, you will likely still have a little fun while learning the BASICS of this tool.   

The challenge is complimentary and anyone can participate. Once you register for the challenge, you'll get a series of emails that will have periodic invitations to my SoulCollage® classes. This challenge is NOT A SUBSTITUTE for an actual Introduction to SoulCollage® workshop. If you want to become a SoulCollage® Facilitator, you'll need to take a qualifying intro like my Deep Discovery workshop.

How It Works

Sign up for the challenge here on this page and each day, for 10 days, you'll get an email with details on "what to do". Each day builds on the next. 

What Supplies Do I Need
A detailed supply list will be with the first email you receive for this challenge, but here's the basic things you'll need to fully participate. 
1. Magazine images
2. Glue sticks
3. Scissors
4. Any 5x7 or 5x8 substrate for creating your cards
5. A journal and pen for journaling, recording and documenting
6. An open heart and a beginner's mind

Hello Beautiful Creative You!
I'm happy you're here. I'm Kiala Givehand, a multi-passionate intuitive & intentional creative. I walk through the world as a LifeAlchemist™ for creative, heart-centered, soul-filled women who want to change the world by shining their light more fully and more brightly. I call myself a LifeAlchemist™ because I help women bring together all the parts of themselves to create a life they love. As an Alchemist, I support women through creative and spiritual awakenings and guide them towards empowerment.

As an artist, I make (and sometimes sell) handmade journals using a mix of mediums. I host workshops, retreats and online classes where I get to teach the things that nourish my soul -- bookbinding, journaling, printmaking, creative writing, astrology, Tarot, Human Design, and self-discovery through transformational tools and content.

For almost 20 years, I taught English, Language Arts, and Creative Writing at every educational level, while simultaneously traveling the U.S. delivering workshops and presentations to educators. While I no longer travel to work with teachers, I now enjoy working one-on-one and in small groups with students, teachers, artists, writers, and creative entrepreneurs. I do this work because I love helping women find the thing that fills them with joy and watching them pursue it without regrets or apologies.

I cherish every single day and treat life as one amazing adventure. I play with paint and watercolor, fold paper into books, write poetry, short fiction, & creative non-fiction, and guide women through sacred remembering of who they truly are. But always, every single day, I journal and do something that I feel is creative. Oh!! And did I mention that I'm the proud owner of a fabulous collection of fountain pens? (I know. Geek alert!)

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the 10-Day study start and finish?

The challenge starts as soon as you register and ends after 10-days.

What if I don't know anything about SoulCollage®?

That's okay. I've made this challenge with the newbie in mind.

What if I can't KEEP UP WITH the pace of the emails?

That's okay. You will get the emails in order and can always come back to them when you are ready. 

What if i have never worked with COLLAGE? 

You are welcomed here. Come on in. If you are curious and open, you're in the right place. 

Do you guarantee that I will EXPERIENCE TRANSFORMATION?

Absolutely not. We can't guarantee that because at LifeAlchemy Academy™, we believe that your understanding of any tool depends on your willingness to study it, work with it, and give it time to work on you and for you. There is also great benefit in honing your intuition. Without these things, your understanding of any divination tool will remain surface level. 

What if I am unhappy with the offering?

Once you start the email sequence, if you are unhappy simply stop opening the emails or unsubscribe from them. Keep in mind that if you unsubscribe, you're likely unsubscribing from ALL emails, even those associated with other offerings from me.
