This was my crazy idea in 2021 for how I wanted to bring in my new year for 2022. I invited several art pals and all of you. We had a blast that first year, did it again to bring in 2023 and 2024, and now we're back to do it again for 2025. It's based on the old saying that..."What you are doing when the new year rolls in is what you will spend most of your year doing."
Whether that's true or not, I want to bring in my new year making art with amazing people surrounded by art supplies. And I've invited some of my favorite artsy people to play along.

How does the AMM work?
√ Registration is STILL OPEN. √ Once you register you will gain access to PRE-RECORDED tutorials on how to make your own handmade journals for the event and a list of supplies to have on hand. √ NEW THIS YEAR -- Starting at 6am Central Time on December 31, 2024 we will unlock one Warm Up Lesson per hour until 10am. These lessons are meant to get you started and going so you can have a FULL DAY of creating. And because we know some of our Non-US friends will be ready well before many of us wake. √ At 10:45am Central Time (Chicago, USA) on December 31, 2024 we will gather online via Zoom for 20 hours of pure joyful creative bliss. √ Teachers will provide LIVE lessons, tutorials, and demos for either 30 or 60 minutes throughout the 20 hours. √ We will take several 10, 15, and 20 minute breaks to stretch, snack, rest, or refuel. Or to snag a power nap. √ During the live sessions we will have giveaways, prizes, and bonuses for those in attendance. √ All sessions are RECORDED and added to the classroom by January 6th. √ NEW THIS YEAR: Recordings available for the first 3 months of the year. √ Participants leave with months of techniques and creative departures for the year.

Questions You May Have
Do I have to attend all 20 hours?
Absolutely NOT. I'm the only person who will likely be at all 20 hours of the marathon. Although we do have some tried-and-true art mavericks who hang with me the entire time!!! You just need to show up when you can and when you want. You will have the chance to come in and out of the conversation as you see fit. I repeat...you do NOT need to attend all 20. We are recording the entire thing.
I want gift a seat to a friend how do I do that?
Buy your ticket first, then go through the COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION process. Once you've done that, go through that same process for your friend. If yo need it to be anonymous, contact me directly and I'll assist you with gifting to your friend. Please don't wait to the day of the event for this. I won't be available to assist on Dec. 31st.
How do I get extended access to the content?
When you register you'll get instant access to journal making tutorials and a few other goodies. Then a few days AFTER the event, you'll get access to all the other lessons from 2025. Then, each month of the first three months you'll get new lessons unlocking from previous marathons.
Do i need to be present to win a giveaway?
Yes. The only way to keep it simple and fair is to do the giveaway with those who are present during the call. We will make a list of all the things being given away and when the giveaways will be held. That way you can set your alarm clock if you want to have your name thrown in the hat.
