This was my crazy idea in 2021 for how I wanted to bring in my new year for 2022. I invited several art pals and all of you. We had a blast that first year, did it again to bring in 2023, and now we're back to do it again for 2024. It's based on the old saying that..."What you are doing when the new year rolls in is what you will spend most of your year doing."
Whether that's true or not, I want to bring in my new year making art with amazing people surrounded by art supplies. And I've invited some of my favorite artsy people to play along.

This year's Artsy Meetup Marathon is...
24 Hours of Creative Lessons from a variety of guest teachers (names below).
an opportunity to learn, play, and explore with other creative souls.
a chance to experience art journaling from teachers who love what they do.
a list of techniques, tips, and tutorials for your visual journaling and documented days.
a powerfully creative way to bring in 2024 with intention.

How does the AMM work?
√ Registration is OPEN. √ Once you register you will gain access to THREE tutorials on how to make your own handmade journals for the event and a list of supplies to have on hand. √ On December 31, 2023 we will begin at 10:30AM Central Time (Chicago, USA) by gathering online via Zoom for 24 hours of pure joyful creative bliss. √ Teachers will provide lessons, tutorials, and demos for either 30 or 60 minutes throughout the 24 hours. √ We will take several 15ish minute breaks to stretch, snack, rest, or refuel. √ We will take a couple of 30 minute breaks for those who need power naps or just need to refuel. √ During the live sessions we will have giveaways, prizes, and bonuses for those in attendance. √ All sessions are RECORDED and added to the classroom by January 6th. √ Recordings available for the year. √ Throughout the year you'll also see a few lessons from 2022 and 2023 unlock to help keep the momentum going throughout the year. √ Participants leave with months of techniques and creative departures for 2024.

Questions You May Have
Do I have to attend all 24 hours?
Absolutely NOT. I'm the only person who will likely be at all 24 hours of the marathon. Although we do have some tried-and-true art mavericks who hang with me the entire time!!! You just need to show up when you can and when you want. You will have the chance to come in and out of the conversation as you see fit. I repeat...you do NOT need to attend all 24. We are recording the entire thing.

How do I get extended access to the content?
When you register you'll get instant access to three journal making tutorials and a few other goodies. Then a few days AFTER the event, you'll get access to all the other lessons from 2024. Then, each month of 2024 you'll get new lessons unlocking from previous marathons.
Do i need to be present to win a giveaway?
Yes. The only way to keep it simple and fair is to do the giveaway with those who are present during the call. We will make a list of all the things being given away and when the giveaways will be held. That way you can set your alarm clock if you want to have your name thrown in the hat.
